Operating mode

Heat phase A at 80°C for 20 minutes.

Add phase B into phase A and mix.
Split phase AB in 3 equal parts.

Add phase C into a part of phase AB and mix.

Add phase D into a part of phase AB and mix.

Add phase E into a part of phase AB and mix.

Prepare phase F heating it up to 80°C and mixing until the
complete hydration of the two polymers.
Pour in order phase ABC, phase ABD and phase ABE into phase F under
overhead propeller stirrer at 230-250rpm.
Let the bulk cool down to 30°C.

Add phase G to the bulk under stirring.

Complete with phase H under stirring.
Adjust the final pH around 5,0.
