Operating mode

Mix phase A and heat up to 60°C in order to dissolve SymSave® H and Hydrolite® 5 green.

Pre-paste gelling agents in the glycerin, then pour into phase A once all preservatives are dissolved. Heat up to 80°C.

Heat up butters and the emulsifier to 80°C. Emulsify under high stirring (2300 rpm) during 15 minutes, then cool down.

After emulsification add phase D.

Add one by one when temperature is below 40°C.
