Operating mode

Heat up to 75°C under
stirring.

Mix then add to phase A and leave
for 15 minutes under gentle stirring to avoid foaming.

Add to phase AB and
homogenize.

Mix then add to phase ABC
and homogenize

Adjust pH to 5-7.

Pour into molds and refrigerate for at
least 30 minutes.
