Ltd. established its new plant in July 2018, partially relocating the old factory and creating a state-of-the-art production facility, leveraging its extensive experience in the CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene) and ECO (Epichlorohydrin Rubber) markets. With a production capacity of 5,000 tons for both ECO and CSM, Ningxia Boyuan is the world's second-largest strategic producer of these elastomers.
