Elfan® AT 84 is a sulphate-free surfactant which, in combination with Sabowax PG6L MB, allows the product to emulsify with water. Thanks to its unique texture, it’s a perfect travel designed anhydrous product.

This primer also features NovoRetin O, a plant-based retinol alternative providing anti-aging effect, and Commipheroline®, a plumping active. The combination of Harmonie Luxe 4 Powder and Tapioca Pure brings oil absorption & a great powdery finish.
