Celquat® SC-240C provides conditioning, improving hair manageability, while Arquad® PC SV-60 PG brings conditioning benefits for softness and smoothness. NatPure® Colfine Poppy R311 gives this formula a soft pink aspect in powder format, and SAFIC’ Care A Blue Powder brings intense blue color when solubilized, overpowering the pink for a color changing aspect of the cream version.
