Operating mode

Mix the components of phase A
and melt at 75°C until a transparent, homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Mix and dissolve Elfan® AT 84
G at 75°C. The mixture formed is a homogeneous pasty gel. Add phase B to phase
A under very vigorous stirring (like an emulsion) at around 2300 rpm for 15
minutes.

Add to phase AB at T>45°C
to get homogeneity. Allow to cool gradually to room temperature. A solid,
creamy, opaque balm takes shape. Continue stirring while cooling.
