SR 1000 resin guarantees a long-lasting effect and a satin finish while Harmonie Soft Fluid ensures quick drying. Performa SW 76 provides a good stability and structure. Amaze® Nordic Barley improves the texture and the skin-feel of the product. [N.A.S] Gardenia 2168 enhances collagen synthesis for anti-ageing benefits.

Operating mode

Prepare and laminate phase A
with a three-roll mill.

Prepare phase B and heat up
to 80°C, add phase B to phase A.

Prepare phase C and heat
until homogeneous system. Keep the temperature at 60°C then add phase C to
phase AB and homogenize.

Add phase D to phase ABC and
homogenize.

Complete with phase E and
homogenize.
