Operating mode

A1 & A2

Mix separately ingredients from phase A1 and A2, until obtaining two transparent blends .
The blend A1 can be slightly heated to facilitate Sabowax PG6L and Sabowax P6OL dispersions. Emulsify by slowly adding phase A1 in phase A2, under high stirring (2600 rpm 15 minutes).A white and liquid emulsion is obtained.

Mix ingredients from phase B under stirring , heat up to 60 C in order to easily solubilise SymSave ® H. The blend obtained must be homogeneous and transparent. Once the two phases are obtained emulsion + aqueous phase) : pour the aqueous phase in the emulsionand shake.
