Description

This novel type of hand cream is a soft solid oil-in-water emulsion with a funny texture which melts when rubbed onto the skin. You can either use 1 or 2 beads to get your hands effectively moisturized and nourished with a silky after feel. The active ingredient contained in this formulation gives to this hand cream soothing benefits and the absorbing agent limits greasiness to bring a soft touch effect.

Operating mode

Place under stirring.

Pre-mix then add it to phase A and heat up to 85°C for 15 min
until homogeneous.

Add it to phase AB and homogenize.

Heat up to 60°C under stirring until homogeneous.
Under strong stirring, add it to phase ABC and homogenize.
Let cool down to 75°C.

Slowly add it to phase ABCD and stir until homogeneous.

Add it to the formula and homogenize.

Add it to the formula and homogenize.
Complement with water and homogenize. Adjust pH to 5,5-6,5.
Pour at 70°C in an appropriate mold and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
