Description

When you need an extra-cold remedy after a sun exposure, this fresh crushed gel is made for you. Its particular texture is obtained through the use of SAFIC’ Care T CK 2 which allows to get a moldable gel, but also to give a crushed sorbet-like gel when cooled down under stirring. As carrageenans are not suspensive, a hint of Amaze® XT is added to maintain a good suspension of the effect pigments at high temperatures. Oligo-HA brings to your exposed skin moisturization, and Velvesil E-Gel PMF gives a silky after-feel.

Operating mode

Heat up to 75°C under stirring.

Pre-mix then add it to phase A and stir for 15 minutes at 75°C
until homogeneous.

Add to phase AB, homogenize and allow to cool down to 40°C.

Pre-mix then add it to phase ABC and homogenize.

Pre-mix then add it to phase ABCD and homogenize.

Add to phase ABCDE and homogenize.
Cool down to room temperature under stirring.
Complement with water, homogenize then adjust pH to 5,5-6,5.
