Operating mode

A
Heat up to 50°C under strong stirring.
B
Heat up to 50°C under stirring until homogeneous. Add it to phase A.
C
Pre-mix and add it to phase AB.
D
Add it to phase ABC and stir with a whisk to incorporate air while cooling down to 30°C in a cold-water bath.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes, then pour it into a piping bag and fill in jars.
