Operating mode

Heat up phase A to 65°C
(complete dissolution of AQ-55) under deflocculator.

Add to phase A under medium
stirring.

Add to phase AB under
vigorous stirring.

Heat, homogenize, then add
to phase ABC.

Mix the powders and add to
phase ABCD.

Add to the formula and adjust pH to 5-5,5.
